How we work together to create your custom logo design

BuzzBrains has a proven four-step process to create top quality professional logos. We have the design talent to create a custom logo design that will serve your business for years. Step 1: Tell us about your business.

• As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email containing a short questionnaire. Here we ask some simple questions (see a sample question sheet below) about your business, the image you want to create, companies you compete with, and other logos you like.
• You can answer as much or as little as you like. We will also ask you questions during the process to make sure we create the logo that's just right for you.

Step 2: We design multiple concepts. You pick one to refine.

• Once we receive your questionnaire, we get started immediately designing the logo you need.
• Within 3 business days, well send you your first concepts. A concept is a basic design idea. Once youve chosen your concept you get unlimited revisions on color, font, and other imagery.
• Youll receive your concepts as attachments in an email this keeps it simple. Well be able to reach you anywhere you have access to email (work, home, etc.) No need to login to our system.
• Well ask you to pick a concept you like, and give us feedback on how we can make it better. We'll listen to and implement your suggestions. We're also happy to provide our expert opinions.
• Ask as many questions as you like. Theres no time clock and no pressure. Just tell us what you think in plain English, and well figure out how to do it. Were working together with you to create the best logo for you.
• All you have to do is reply to the email to give your feedback.
• We have found email is the superior mode of communication as it allows you to create a written record of conversations you can refer back to. But if you have a question and would really rather pick up the phone, you can always call our toll free number.

Step 3: We revise your logo design based on your feedback.

• Well incorporate your feedback into the next set of revisions. (Sometimes we even get your logo right in the first concept!) In this stage well be focusing on color, font, and other image issues.
• Well create your revisions and send them to review within 2 business days. Well always acknowledge that weve received your feedback, and give you a time and date to expect your next revision. And we never miss a deadline you can set your watch by it (or more importantly schedule a design review meeting with your team).
• The feedback process continues. Sometimes people ask for color changes, font changes, all sorts of things. Most of the time were able to get it right within 2 revisions, but well take as long as it takes.
• Rest assured if we have any questions about your feedback, well contact you.
• Were here to help you feel free to ask us any design questions too.
• All our logo packages have unlimited revisions well refine it until you get what youre looking for.
• Were patient Even if it takes five revisions, we dont tire and we treat you with the same freshness and respect as the first revision.

Step 4: Finalize your logo.

• Once youre completely satisfied with your logo, well remove the watermarks and format it so you can use it on your stationery, website, print ads, office applications and more.
• Well send you the finals via email. Well deliver your files in the following formats: .eps, .tif, .jpg, .gif, .bmp. This will enable you to insert or print your logo in multiple formats, from print, to a website, to adding your logo to promotional items like hats and coffee mugs. (Have more questions on printing? • Only then will we charge the remaining amount to your credit card.

If you think youll need stationery within the next six months, we strongly recommend getting the logo + stationery combo package now. Well be able to incorporate stationery design elements during logo design, which will make them both look better.
